Sr UX Designer | Full-time Position
We are looking for a seasoned UX Designer to join our team in Villa Crespo. The candidate should be an analytic, motivated individual, with solid knowledge in research methods as well as interaction design patterns for the web and mobile apps.
With a strong understanding of how Digital Products work and a sense of how people interact with them, you’ll be responsible for planning the design process, translate users's insights into wireframes and create visual design & interaction design guidelines. You'll handle clients requests and help front-end developers with the development of your designs. What are we asking for:
- 7-10 years of experience in the field of Digital Product Design
- 3 years of experience doing design research
- Experience in usability tests
- Experience desigining and executing interviews
- Experience in research synthesis
- Experience in usability tests
- Experience designing & facilitating design workshops
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, or Sketch
- Experience with UX-Pin, InVision or Flinto, or similar prototyping software
It would be really nice if you know:
- How to facilitate a meeting
- How to run a strategic design workshop
- How to run a Design Sprint
